  Now I understand why the Todd Plummer Insurance Agency gets so many great reviews and is so reputable. When working with Todd for my business insurance he was very dependable and always putting me and my company's needs first. His personal service and attention to detail are superior to any other agent I’ve worked with. He sat down with me at my office and reviewed my coverages. At that time he also informed us of coverages we needed and didn’t even consider previously. Then after writing a policy for us to fit our needs he hand delivered it to our office. The best part about working with Todd’s company is that in addition to improved coverage for our business we actually saved money too. Better service, better coverages, better price, I would strongly recommend the Todd Plummer Insurance Agency to anyone needing to secure business and personal insurance. Thanks Todd!

  Over the past 12 month, I set my policy to auto deduct, but my agent never get it to work. So every time, I was charged a late fee, then I have to tell the agent my same information every month for him to do my payment. Every month, I get calls from this agent telling me my payment didn't go through. Every month, I pay the late fee because my agent contact me after the due date that the payment can't go through. Every month, I email my agent the same information so he can reprocess my payment. And every month, I ask him to turn on auto deduct again, then I get his call after a few month. Not a bad company or a bad person, just a terrible employee and insurance agent.

  Todd has been on time and on target in all my years of working with him - I have been fortunate enough that I have not had to utilise my insurance so far but I know if ever I do that Todd will have my corner.
